Our entry positions are typically Associate Consultants and Consultants with anywhere betweeen one and five years work related experience. We are also interested in hearing from more experienced candidates and subcontractors with relevant specialist expertise.

Grosvenor offers a self paced Career Development Program for all employees which requires four to six monthly performance reviews and personal career development plans. Our renowned Program has produced a number of outstanding staff who have progressed from Associate Consultant to Managing Consultant within six years.
