Legal

Share Registry
Grosvenor has been involved in reviewing and sourcing Registry Services since 1999 when it undertook a contestable tendering process for one of the major banks. Grosvenor was later retained to draft the service specification for employee share and option plans and later again for stapled securities. This experience along with many others has allowed Grosvenor to developed specific tools to enable audit of registry providers services and pricing.
