Improving Density, Energy and Cost Performance, CoreNet Global Canberra Breakfast Forum

17th November 2009

Is it possible to improve density and simultaneously reduce costs and energy consumption?

Cost reduction has long been a focus of corporate real estate (CRE) and workplace professionals. More recently, energy consumption has become almost as big a focus as energy consumed by an organisation's workspace - many organisations' largest contribution to global greenhouse gases.

With the renewed focus of the Federal Government on density and density targets, how can you achieve one without impacting on the other areas?

As part of its support to the running of the CoreNet Networking Group in Canberra, Grosvenor has put together a forum involving an expert panel and presentation of a practical example from Hewlett-Packard Australia and their new facilities and workplace initiative in Melbourne.
