Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Australasia - the 7th CIPSA Public Sector Procurement Forum
After conducting a highly successful Category management workshop in October 2011 at CIPSA's Annual Conference, Denis Henry, Grosvenor's Managing Director, has been engaged to facilitate a session: Developing category plans and strategies at the Public Sector Procurement Forum in March 2012.
The Procurement Forum, to be held at the Hotel Realm in Canberra, runs for two days. CIPSA has expanded its programme, focussing on key issues for public sector Procurement Professionals including a series of strategic half-day sessions and practical workshops.
The workshop Denis will deliver targets the issues that constrain the effective implementation of category management which are:
- the critical first steps
- category planning
- extracting value
- making the right choice of category manager
