During 2008, Grosvenor was lucky enough to recruit some highly experienced personnel to further expand our offerings. In particular, the appointment of Charitee Davies with responsibility for expanding Grosvenor’s offerings in the governance, planning and assurance space further enhances Grosvenor’s ability to advise on all elements of an organisation’s management capability.
Charitee was previously a senior executive within Centrelink responsible for strategic planning, governance and change management, and prior to this a consultant to government and the private sector. Charitee has already delivered a number of strategically important projects for our clients in areas such as change management, performance management, quality assurance and governance.
Grosvenor also appointed Helen Hinson to take on responsibility for our Sydney office. Helen was a consultant with Grosvenor up until 2000. Since then she held a number of roles with Insurance Australia Group, including lead roles in retail sales and service encompassing strategy, planning, business and performance improvement, and change management, and Business Risk and Compliance Manager.
Helen will take on responsibility for managing client relationships in NSW, particularly with our clients in the financial services sector and state government.
