Program evaluation
Grosvenor approaches evaluation to ensure the design, methodology and conduct of an evaluation is 'fit-for-purpose'. From our experience, key stakeholders adopt recommendations arising from an evaluation if they are based upon sound evidence and provide realistic and practical solutions.
As with our other assignments, we work closely with our clients at all stages of an evaluation to enable decision makers to utilise the findings and recommendations to effect real change. This is achieved by clearly defining the objectives and operational aspects of the program to be evaluated. We determine factors, such as budget, time, data, and any policy constraints which may impact on the design and conduct of the evaluation. We then tailor the evaluation methodology so as to provide the greatest validity to the findings, conclusions and recommendations overall.
