She has worked within consulting organisations to support complex programmes across Australia, the UK and internationally.
Abbie is passionate about delivering meaningful and sustainable impact, particularly at the intersection of business strategy, social value and organisational change. She has supported the design and delivery of large-scale public sector and international development programmes, working with clients to deliver impactful outcomes.
Through her degrees in Natural Sciences and Global Development, combined with her consulting experience, Abbie brings strong capability in research, analysis and interpreting data and policy environments to develop real-world solutions. She also brings experience across operating model design, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and customer-led transformation.
Abbie enjoys working closely with clients to build trusted relationships and is known for her inquisitive mindset, attention to detail and collaborative working style. She brings a people-centred focus and is driven to achieve sustainable and impactful outcomes for clients and communities.
