Anton is a Senior Manager with GPG based out of our Sydney office. A seasoned management consultant, he has worked in strategy, change and transformation, and business and continuous improvement in the private and public sectors across multiple industries and geographies.

Anton joins Grosvenor bringing with him experience and skills gained over 17 years of his professional career. Having consulted all over South East Asia, Oceania and the Middle East, his span of client’s sectors is broad and includes government, healthcare, resources, infrastructure, energy, aerospace, manufacturing.

He has been involved in many of the aspects of these industry sectors including strategy, planning, sales and marketing, operations, maintenance, supply chain, and reporting and analytics.

Highlights

> Led a stream in the within an US$8 billion international conglomerate construction alliance project in the Middle East. There, he helped the client by designing, creating and implementing an improved management control framework including automated planning and procurement tools.

> Led a team in South Australia to improve a resource sector client’s asset management, utilisation and maintenance and embedding an operational excellence framework leading to a reduction in operational costs and a significant increase in throughput. The new framework and tools were integrated within one of the client’s digital platforms.

> Team member for a project with an aerospace flag-carrier client that revamped their fleet maintenance management control system and framework. The solutions embedded led to better visibility and control of engineering activities which was underscored by a cultural shift by client staff in taking ownership of their work.
