Project lead for the optimisation of internal and external processes with stakeholders from Germany and Australia, including logistics and warehousing, which led to significant productivity improvements and cost savings for all parties, including one of the Europe’s largest non-ferrous mills.

Led a team in the successful redesign and implementation of the annual employee awards program of a large Melbourne health service, resulting in the elimination of silos, significant cost reduction and increase in employee engagement.

Conducted an organisational review and restructure for a Ballarat Aboriginal cooperative to adequately resource them to respond to increasing demands in their services.

 

Designed and led an intervention for a Melbourne private school that involved conflict resolution, team engagement and collaboration, leading to a high performing team.
