Dan's experience spans strategic property advisory, facilities and asset management, capital planning, contract management and major outsourcing programs. He works with organisations to assess and optimise the effectiveness of their property functions, operating models and service delivery arrangements, delivering practical solutions that balance performance, risk and long-term value.
Drawing on experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, Dan helps organisations establish integrated approaches to property, facilities and asset management that improve service quality, support compliance, strengthen organisational capability and maximise value from critical assets.
Dan has held roles as the Program Executive for CoreNet Global Australia, guest lecturer for the University of Melbourne's Master of Property Program, and is currently undertaking a Master of Public Policy.
