Luke is a Senior Consultant based out of our Sydney office. A versatile and critical thinker, he experience in strategy roles across general insurance, property, and industry associations sectors. Luke has supported senior leaders in delivering a variety of organisation-wide initiatives, including strategy formulation, operating model design, M&A, cost transformation, and identifying new business, investment and collaboration opportunities.
Luke joins Grosvenor after recently completing his MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW.

Key member in managing the delivery, tracking, and progress reporting of a large cost-optimisation program for a leading general insurer in the UK.
Undertook three 12-week strategic consulting projects across the property, superannuation, and industry association sectors during the second year of the work-integrated learning component of an MBA.
