Pip is a Senior Consultant in Grosvenor’s Sydney office, specialising in the property sector. With five years’ experience in the UK market, she helps clients make smarter property and procurement decisions, aligning assets with strategy, improving performance, and embedding sustainability into operations. Pip is passionate about turning property and procurement into drivers of long-term environmental and financial value.

She began her career as a client-side project manager, delivering capital works projects for government departments and local councils. Her work included social housing, town centre regeneration, and the refurbishment of listed buildings. She later applied her expertise to develop and deliver renewable energy strategies for large commercial real estate clients, supporting the decarbonisation of assets, improving rentability, and helping organisations meet their net zero targets.

Pip holds a degree in International Relations with Quantitative Research Methods from the University of Leeds, which included a year working in the Supply Chain and Improvements team at a European defence company. She also holds the Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management, underscoring her ability to manage complex projects with efficiency and a results-driven approach.
