Andrew Donnelly is the Principal Consultant of Pinchae Consulting. Andrew has over 15 years of experience delivering projects for large corporate, state and federal clients in the areas of procurement and contracting and organisational reviews and improvement.
Andrew’s specialties lie in the development of financial tender documentation, design and execution of evaluations, negotiations and finalisation of contracts. In addition, cost estimation, modelling and preparation of financial submissions across a range of goods and services. Andrew also has extensive benchmarking and business improvement experience.
