Charlie Tulloch, Director
Charlie helps public sector organisations to set strategy, shape investments, monitor delivery, evaluate outcomes and share compelling performance stories. He works across social, environmental and economic development service areas to drive performance improvement.
Arun Callapilli, Research and Evaluation Consultant
Arun has global experience in quantitative research, having studied in India and the US (MIT). She provides research, quantitative data analysis and visualisation of findings to help organisations make sense of complex datasets.
Jess Tulloch, Town Planner
Jess is a town planner with experience in social and affordable housing, having worked in local and State governments in Victoria and South Australia. She is a fellow of VPELA and offers sessional support to Planning Panels Victoria.
