As a newcomer, the people at Grosvenor have gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed and supported. I truly value the inclusive culture that has allowed me to be my true, authentic self, including reverting to my given name after years of working with an anglicised one. My role brings a fantastic level of flexibility and autonomy that makes signing in to work each day a pleasure and the work that I do is varied and challenging, giving me ample opportunities to grow and learn.
