Grosvenor was engaged to design and deliver an enterprise-wide Red Tape Reduction and Continuous Improvement Framework. The objective was to improve organisational efficiency, simplify decision-making and embed continuous improvement into everyday operations.
In late 2024, NSW Treasury released updates to business case guidelines, including new templates to deliver a business case. Our client identified a need for additional training in specific areas of delivering business cases, to support in making them more clear, concise and compelling.
Grosvenor was engaged to provide advice, assistance and support for the review and strengthening of governance at SafeWork SA. This included independent review and making recommendations about the strategies, policies and governance of five critical systems within the SWSA.
Grosvenor was engaged by the Client to conduct an independent review to assess the effectiveness and lawfulness of its regulatory process around the time of the emergency. The review gave the Client an independent perspective on its incident response, reinforcing earlier advice to enhance its emergency management function so that they are better equipped to handle similar scenarios to this particular emergency in the future.
After a period of significant change, staff were challenged by unclear roles and responsibilities and backlog of work which led to conflict between the teams. Workshops were tailored to meet the needs of the group, facilitating clarity of roles and standardisation across teams, focusing on building a ‘one-team’ culture.
Through comprehensive reviews and improvements, Grosvenor has significantly strengthened SafeWork's assurance, governance and evidence-based decision-making capabilities, ensuring better workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
To support the long-term success of the National COVID-19 Vaccine Program, Grosvenor developed a comprehensive Assurance Cycle. This cycle was designed to proactively monitor and manage risks, track progress, and ensure consistent alignment with program objectives.
There was a need for a strong assurance framework to ensure effective governance, mitigate risks, and enhance program oversight. The Department sought to achieve these objectives while enabling capability uplift in assurance practices and aligning with compliance requirements.
