Jack has eight years of consulting experience in professional services organizations, specializing in strategy and culture consulting, and advisory services in both the public and private sectors.
Jack is passionate about strategy and change management, and the enabling or disabling effect of company culture. He has worked with over 30 organisations to deliver simple but highly effective strategy and people programs that deliverable tangible and implementable results for clients and their people. Jack is also a program evaluator and has worked on the review of numerous public sector programs.
Through his Energy Systems Engineering degree and real-world consulting experience of working with a wide variety of organisations, he brings extensive expertise in strategy, project management, program evaluation, culture assessments, customer engagement, change management, and ESG practices.

Jack has extensive strategy and governance experience, having been part of a leadership team, in a previous role, that designed and implemented strategy and change management frameworks for over 30 clients. He has experience across the strategy development lifecycle of setting strategy premises, conducting market research and data analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and implementing solutions to drive organizational growth and efficiency. He has worked closely with senior executives and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives and leverages his analytical skills and industry knowledge to offer innovative and practical solutions to clients.
Jack has led numerous culture programs for both the public and private sector. Passionate about people, Jack believes that developing an enabling work culture can drive your business to achieve new levels. He has led culture programs that have engaged up to 2500 people and has extensive experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative stakeholder reviews and the evaluation of program success.
Jack is an experienced ESG strategist, having been a key team member in the development of multiple, concurrent ESG programs for public and private clients. In the development and support of client ESG strategies, Jack has extensive experience in the undertaking of data analysis, peer reviews, engagement of key stakeholders and detailed report generation.
