Kent has over 30 years’ experience in property and management consulting, making him one of the most experienced property advisors in Australia. Working with organisations across all industry sectors, Kent combines deep sector knowledge with management expertise to design and implement improvements to how organisations plan, manage and execute property strategies and plans. Kent led the property operations of one of Australia’s Big 4 banks before leading Grosvenor’s Property Advisory practice for over 15 years. Kent continues on in an advisory role to the business and key clients.

  • After being engaged to review a dysfunctional outsourcing contract that was only six months old, I was able to guide the client through a complete redesign of how services were delivered and implement a new arrangement that was better value for money and delivered significantly improve customer service
