Peter has significant experience in procurement and reviewing program and service delivery arrangements, with recent experience in most of the large Australian Government agencies. His expertise lie in: reviewing and evaluating government programs and service delivery, benchmarking and implementing better practices, performance management frameworks and development of service delivery models, staffing structures and processes. Peter also has extensive experience in procurement frameworks, best practice and processes.
