Peter has expertise in supporting organisations to optimise their property, facilities and built asset functions and management. Peter also has extensive experience in public sector efficiency and effectiveness. He is also an acknowledged expert in procurement and has provided advice on projects as diverse as whole of government coordinated procurements and development of agency procurement frameworks. Peter is sought after as a speaker on property management, organisational efficiency and effectiveness, and procurement.

Peter consults across Grosvenor's public sector advisory, procurement advisory and property advisory businesses and continues to oversee the delivery of some very high profile consulting assignments. He specialises in Property strategy and management and procurement and contracting . Also organisational review and improvement including benchmarking, organisational transformation, reengineering, service delivery model design and governance.
