Rachel is a Senior Consultant based out of our Melbourne office. She brings strong stakeholder engagement and management skills. Rachel has recently completed her MBA from RMIT University, bringing a combination of business training and many years of operational expertise.
Rachel has worked within organisations leading improvements in business operations and staff satisfaction, whilst maintaining balance between conflicting interests and demands. Rachel has a strong customer service ethos which is routinely substantiated through positive customer feedback.
Rachel is passionate about developing efficient processes to support ongoing business success. She enjoys helping organisations to understand and enhance their effectiveness and efficiency across a range of business practices.
