We find that it’s the little things that can make a bit of difference to an employee’s day such as:

• supporting staff in ways reduce stress, e.g. mindfulness, walk and talks, wellness budget

• office breakfasts, lunches and get-togethers

• lunch learning sessions

• mentor and buddy systems

• employee awards

• paid volunteer day plus the opportunity to help one of our charities
