Grosvenor was engaged to evaluate a new workforce initiative aimed at increasing university student placements within the mental health sector - focusing on addressing stigma associated with working in the sector and promoting mental health careers.
Grosvenor undertook a research project to identify national and international leading practice relating to the identification and collection of performance information. The purpose of this project was to support a Commonwealth entity to develop exemplary performance information.
Grosvenor was engaged to develop a fit-for-purpose framework that enhances the ability to aggregate external stakeholder and client feedback (i.e. support corporate level performance information) while retaining the ability to disaggregate the feedback data for detailed insights.
NCA sought support to uplift non-financial performance information related to the Corporate Plan in preparation for the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) auditing of annual performance statements. This included designing non-financial Key Performance Measures (KPIs) for the 2023-24 Corporate Plan and to establish a practical and fit-for-purpose Performance Framework, including policy, procedures and templates to enable effective KPI reporting.
The client required a robust, independent evaluation of three lapsing programs within RESI to ensure these programs are continuing to be delivered effectively and efficiently. The evaluation reported on program level outcomes as well as cumulative outcomes to support a budget bid for individual level program funding.
Grosvenor was engaged to conduct a summative evaluation of the overarching Carbon Farming Futures Program, considering suitability of administration and design, as well as outcome realisation and impacts.
The evaluation underscored the Drive Electric Program’s effectiveness in tackling key barriers to EV adoption and its alignment with decarbonisation and net zero objectives. The recommendations aimed to enhance the program’s impact by addressing identified gaps, integrating best practices, and ensuring alignment with market transformation goals and industry standards.
The toolkit enhanced the client’s internal evaluation capabilities by providing a clear, structured approach to selecting evaluation methods that ensure value for money. The resource was particularly valuable in contexts where programs were aimed at fostering innovation or required evaluation at the portfolio level.
