Emma works as a Senior Consultant in Grosvenor’s Sydney office and brings almost four years of expertise in the public advisory sector. She has a varied background, including experience in workshop facilitation, strategic writing, stakeholder engagement, and project management office support. Emma enjoys being challenged, and thrives in collaborative, complex operating environments.
Her previous experience with a boutique management advisory services firm saw her deliver policy reform and implementation support within the Federal Government through tailored stakeholder engagement and change management practices. Emma then went on to secure several significant funding approvals for another Federal Government client, made possible by her ability to identify issues of strategic importance, think laterally to gather supporting data, and draft compelling, evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with the Australian National University which underscores her people-centred approach. She brings a solid foundation in research methods, critical and strategic thinking, and applies a psychological lens to solve complex problems. Emma is highly passionate about delivering real value to clients.
